Faculty Position - Computer Science
Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a full-time faculty position in the Design Technology Department as a computer science teacher beginning in August of 2019.
Possible courses, programs, and activities may include:
College preparatory computer science, coding, information technology and robotics courses, including AP Computer Science.
Coaching or moderating teams, clubs or other extracurricular activities, especially those related to technology such as coding and robotics.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with preference given to candidates who have graduate degrees in these fields.
Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in information technology or the ability to obtain one prior to August 2019.
Preference given to candidates who are able to offer the courses as dual enrollment.
Experience with and desire to engage in extracurricular activities such as coaching or moderating clubs and activities is highly desirable.
