A cigar box. This simple tool, which Fr. Sullivan used as a makeshift bank, became the cornerstone of his loyalty and commitment to Prep students. Resolved to never let a family's finances keep a young man from attending Prep, Fr. Sullivan used the cigar box to collect what tuition he could and to pay what obligations he could. By the grace of God, there was always enough.
Prep continues to commit to its students in much the same way. In an effort to remain true to its mission of keeping Prep affordable to all who qualify, the cost of each student's education is subsidized by $4,000. For over 45 percent of Prep students, that is not enough, so Prep does more. Please help us continue his tradition.
