The Sullivan Center was the setting on Sunday, March 24 for the 32nd annual induction ceremony for Prep students in the French and Spanish honor societies at the school. Congratulations to all 27 who were honored.
"It is always a pleasure to be able to support our students who share a love of learning. Learning an additional language, its cultures and how people live and communicate with each other throughout the world is a wonderful skill these students will have for the rest of their lives,” said Spanish teacher Tami Suprenant.
To qualify for induction, students must show serious interest and perform at a 3.7 GPA level or better in their language of choice over the past five semesters and continue on with that language. The Prep chapter of the Spanish Honor Society was founded in 1987, and the French Honor Society at the school was established in 2013.
