Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheons – Monthly
Provide food, monetary donations or help serve lunch.

Jay Mart regular shift – during the school year
Work in the Jay Mart twice per month. Contact Susan Rosenlof at srosenlof@steiergroup.com or 402-551-2926 if you would like to be on the schedule. No on line sign up for this.
Jay Mart Special Event Sales – Occasional
Sell Jay Mart Merchandise during special events, such as during conferences, open house or freshman orientation.
Jay Mart Game Day Sales – Occasionally for varsity Football/Basketball games
Sell Jay Mart Merchandise during games.
Fall and Spring Retreat for Prep Moms – October, 2012 & March, 2013
Provide food for this spiritual event that all Prep Moms are invited to enjoy. Monetary donations accepted to cover speakers.
Sports Physicals – July 29, 2012
Help set up for the physicals; provide donuts, juice, coffee; take blood pressure (if qualified).
Freshman Dance treats – July 29, 2012 (Summer Dance; October 5, 2012 (Freshman Homecoming Dance; December 8, 2012 Freshman Christmas Dance
Provide treats for any of these three dances.
Directory – Summer, 2012
Help coordinate, proofread school directory. Help sell directory on Mini-School night.
Freshman/Transfer Parent Orientation – August 6, 2012
Provide and serve refreshments. Incoming freshman/transfer parents, please do not sign up to help with this event so that you may enjoy it.
Dance Chaperones – Welcome Dance (August 17, 2012), Homecoming (October 6, 2012), Prom (May 4, 2013)
Two 1 1/12 hour shifts per dance. A student council representative will contact you. (Not a Prep Moms Committee).
Freshman/Transfer Parent & Student Potluck – August 19, 2012
Serve dinner to parents and students (food provided). Incoming freshman/transfer parents, please do not sign up to help with this event so that you may enjoy it.
Mini School Night – August 21, 2012
Provide and serve refreshments
Freshman Health Screening – September 28, 2012
Assist with student health screening for a few hours during the school day. Medical back round helpful but not necessary.
Homecoming – October 6, 2012
Provide treats
Open House – November 4, 2012
Provide and serve refreshments, greet potential students and their families.
Faculty/Staff Christmas Cookie Boxes – December, 2012
Bake cookies for boxes, which are given to faculty and staff and/or help assemble boxes.
Freshman Advising Gender Talks – January, 2013
Moderate classroom discussion about gender topics such as dating, manners, etc. during community period. Faculty moderator present.
Operation Others Lunch for Workers – December, 2012
Provide monetary donation ($15 - $25) to provide lunch for Operation Others workers.
Maintenance Crew Support – Christmas break, Spring break
Provide a light breakfast for our wonderful maintenance staff.
8th Grade Entrance Exam – January 12, 2013
Provide refreshments and help serve pizza for 8th graders.
6th & 7th Grade Pre-Entrance Exam – March 2, 2013
Provide breakfast for proctors.
Mission Week Bake Sale – March, 2013
Provide baked goods during Mission Week. A student will contact you. (Not a Prep Moms Committee).
SWAT Team – Occasional
On call for extra help as needs arise.
Cafeteria Duty – Sign up is not through Prep Moms. If you would like to help serve lunch, please contact Marilyn Raymer at MRaym@prep.creighton.edu.
First shift: 11 – 11:45 (sophomores and juniors)
Second shift: 12:35 – 1:20 (freshman and seniors)
High School Office Assistance – Regular commitment once every other month
The High School Office has a new laminating machine and would like a volunteer to help do the laminating once per week for an hour or so. If we get 8 – 10 volunteers, it would just be once every other month.
